We have 23 acres of ancientoak forestand wildflower meadows in which you can relax and unwind. You can let go of the everyday stresses of your life and recharge your batteries with our unique rejuvenation retreats. It is also possible to stay with us on a B&B basis when we are not running a retreat programme. We are surrounded by history and folklore, with many castles, churches and ancient sites to explore.  Our guests appreciate the easy access to the beautiful beaches of the north and south Gower coasts, with Swansea city centre, and the picturesque fishing village of Mumbles just a short distance away.
